We manufacture pole foundations as a contract manufacturer for Onninen. Our factory produces high-quality pole foundations that are type-approved by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency.
Our range of pole foundations includes standard foundations, foundations with plastic caps, foundations with steel caps, and base protection sleeves.

Adjustable screw-mounted base and foundation for outdoor lighting poles, traffic signal poles, and signposts.
The concrete base is equipped with a stainless steel pole alignment and fastening screw mechanism. Optimal DL3 performance values are ensured by the conical base design and the wide-footed bottom section.
The delivery also includes a custom-shaped root rubber seal that is weather-resistant and prevents rainwater, splash water, and loose stones from entering the base.

The reinforcement of the base is manufactured in accordance with BY65 standards. In addition, the upper section of the base is protected by a weather-resistant plastic cap, providing extra protection for the reinforcement.
The concrete base is equipped with a stainless steel pole alignment and fastening screw mechanism. Excellent DL3 values are achieved through the conical base design, outward-projecting side reinforcements, and the wide-footed bottom section.

The reinforcement steel used in the foundation is manufactured in accordance with BY65 standards. In addition, the upper section of the foundation is protected by a stainless-steel cap, providing extra protection for the reinforcement and enhancing the durability of the structure.
The concrete foundation is equipped with a stainless-steel pole alignment and fastening screw mechanism. Excellent DL3 performance values are achieved through a tapered foundation body, external side reinforcements, and a wide base section.
The delivery also includes a specially shaped root seal made from weather-resistant material, preventing rainwater, splash water, and loose stones from entering the interior of the foundation.

The reinforcement steel used in the foundation is manufactured in accordance with BY65 standards. The KBR-0 pole foundation features a plastic clamp locking mechanism, while the KBR-40 to KBR-60 foundations are secured using a wedge clamp locking system.
