Concrete delivery

A concrete mixer truck on the road is a sign that construction is happening somewhere. Ruskon Betoni’s extensive transport fleet ensures sufficient delivery capacity even for large-scale projects.

Ready-mix concrete is delivered to the construction site in truck mixers, where the rotating drum keeps the concrete uniform and workable throughout the journey. Upon arrival, the concrete is discharged either directly through the chute or by concrete pumping, depending on the project requirements and site conditions.

To help manage deliveries, we offer the SimmaApp tracking application. Through the app, you can monitor your concrete deliveries in real time, see the location of trucks, and track estimated arrival times on site. Delivery notes are also conveniently available in digital format directly within the application.

Concrete pumping

The best way to place concrete is directly from the mixer truck chute, but in practice this is rarely possible. That is why concrete pumping is usually the most practical and efficient solution.

For smaller pours, the most common option is a truck-mounted mixer pump, which combines a concrete mixer truck and a pump in a single vehicle. Its folding boom can easily reach the exact location where the concrete is needed.

When larger volumes of concrete must be transferred over longer distances, separate concrete pumps are used.

For confined sites or areas with limited ground-bearing capacity where a truck-mounted pump cannot access, a so-called “spider pump” can be an effective alternative. This compact, mobile pumping unit can operate in locations that are difficult to reach with larger equipment.
